According the the Agnes Scott Academic Catalog, a Psychology major student will be able to apply these following learning outcomes:
- demonstrate fundamental knowledge and comprehension of the major concepts, theoreticalperspectives, historical trends, and empirical findings to discuss how psychological principlesapply to behavioral problems (Knowledge Base in Psychology);
- develop scientific reasoning and problem solving, including effective research methods(Scientific Inquiry and Critical Thinking);

- demonstrate competence in writing and in oral and interpersonal communication skills(Communication); and
